      Pros

      Used to be good in the golden days, with lots of diversity, everyone learning and growing together, since the USDS finished the acquisition the org has changed. In 2026 the atmosphere is extremely low.

      Cons

      There is a kind of "transplant", they are replacing every single western by native Chinese. If you're not Chinese this is not a good company. Chinese knows how to navigate their mates. Management is poor, but they hold titles and can make you life a hell. Even fabricating anything in order to deprive you and make you feel little.
