I worked here for a while and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The work-life balance is extremely poor — late night meetings are the norm rather than the exception, making it difficult to maintain any personal life. It often feels like there is no clear boundary between work and off-hours. The culture can be quite toxic. There is constant pressure, and communication from leadership often lacks transparency. Employees frequently feel stressed and undervalued, and the environment can become highly competitive in an unhealthy way. One of the most concerning aspects is the lack of job security. It feels like employees can be let go at any time without clear justification. As a senior manager, this year in particular, the internal target for cuts is setto be extremely high (around 45% = 20% AI reduction +13% low performance each half x 2), which creates a constant sense of anxiety across teams. Overall, I would not recommend this company if you value stability, clear expectations, and a healthy work-life balance.

The management was super toxic, terrible behaviour, They were lying and threatening people. Because of that people carried this issue to public authorities. And they lay us off after 1 and half years. There were no career opportunities as well. Once you are off the hook they really don't want you get an internal job as well.
