In my opinion, working for TikTok wasn’t the best experience. At first, I thought I had found a job at a renowned, well‑structured company. However, working there felt like complete chaos; nobody seemed to know how anything worked. I performed analyses using the tools provided to my team, but the results were still not translated into English by 2025. For someone just starting out, it might seem like a good place to begin, but I wouldn’t recommend spending too much time there. I saw many people leave due to burnout, stress, and panic attacks. The environment feels unstable.
