Horrible structure, general manager and supervisor barely know what they are doing and keep trying tons of different things without any warning, they claim transparency which there is none from LAQA to management in Nashville, and favoritism runs free with no shame. They use they employees in a way to test new methods that were never analyzed at first prior to be implemented.
