      Pros

      The pace of development is great, exciting and innovative tech company to work for. Value employees and can be a big part in building TikTok in Europe. Staff feedback is acknowledged and acted upon. Good culture and frequent team / company social events. Great office and lots of snacks!

      Cons

      Time difference between HQ and EU offices can be tricky so need to manage your time well to ensure things are completed in a timely manner.
