- Passionate people. I love the people I work with and they inspire me, it's a truly supportive community and I can feel like I can be myself around them - Challenging work and growing job scopes. Since Day 1, I am consistently learning and seeing the changes and developments that we have made. A lot of building the foundations of a start up environment. - Informal learning- this is on the job learning at its finest, lots of problems to solve and each time we are trying to be better.

Cons

- Changes can happen all the time, you need to be very agile and good with dealing with that - Very fast paced environment, you need to be flexible and adaptable for that.

The pace of development is great, exciting and innovative tech company to work for. Value employees and can be a big part in building TikTok in Europe. Staff feedback is acknowledged and acted upon. Good culture and frequent team / company social events. Great office and lots of snacks!

Cons

Time difference between HQ and EU offices can be tricky so need to manage your time well to ensure things are completed in a timely manner.
