- Individuals can affect change with great ideas - Supportive leadership allows for things to get done quicker - Massive opportunity for growth - Very popular product in market - The office is full of great people which has really enriched the culture.

Cons

- Conference call meetings with international sometimes commence at 6pm+ - Keeping up with the demand in market means sometimes working a late night or 2 to ensure everything is up to speed
