Perks are great, lots of merch, ‘clout’, above market pay.

Cons

Golden handcuffs are real, but not worth it when the rubber meets the road. Toxic work environment, fear-driven Motivation and bullying common in many departments. Big egos clash and the business suffers accordingly. Poor communication and understanding between US and HQ in China.

Long hours and since it's a global company, some of the team members are in different countries so you have to adjust with the time difference.
