Pros
- great benefits such as work from home allowance set up provided, health care, gym reimbursements, great mental health initiatives, amazing gifts! - lovely co-workers (smart people who are also really kind and hard working) - learning new things every day - literally building the next biggest app, it’s an amazing experience: tough sometimes but also super rewarding and exciting
Cons
- work life balance is tough - career path is not clear - inexperienced middle managers - leadership don’t answer questions honestly and are quite ‘politician’ style with their responses - the HR department are by far the worst I’ve ever come by
