Not the best food, but we have free food everyday.

It's a 5 days return to office with little/no flexible accommodation. Always waiting for a layoff

Great salary, benefits, onsite perks.

Cons

Incredibly long hours 15 hours per day, working through Saturday and Sundays. I felt like i was going to physically die. A Chinese company through and through majority of the work and communication will be in Mandarin. Used to be quite global and progressing in the right direction but recently a lot of non-Chinese leaders being pushed out and China side people being parachuted in. Absolutely cut throat politics. People will go all out to make tear you down and make you look bad and step all over you. Non-existent guidance and onboarding. No one will teach you anything but you will be responsible for everything. Numerous meaningless restructuring within the year throwing putting processes in a constant mess and people in constant fear. Morale at an all time low.
