      Well run and very ethical company. Dynamic, fast paced work environment with endless challenges to overcome and great opportunities for development and growth. Company is fast to make changes to continuously improve.

      This is a metrics based company so need to get used to driving metrics and comprehending how these behaviors will lead to results.
