Cons

Half of the people I interacted with changed jobs within 2 years. High fluctuation of personal.

Pros

Development: You own your development. There are a lot of options in terms of rotation Training: Good environment to be trained. Company has several other plants around the world so opportunity for travel/training is quite high Benefits: Medical, Stocks, Insurance, Lunch subsidy, etc..

Cons

Salary: Baseline for IT salary is not IT companies but semicon companies. Therefore, it is significantly lower that what IT people in most software company gets.

Great access to experts in almost any electronics field (RF, power, processors -- really anything), many chances for training.

Cons

Hard to escape the struggles of any big company. Often feel as if you're not in a position to move the needle much.
