Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, good perks, great training potential for training programs. However, many employees do not treat you with respect if you are in a training program.

Cons

major lack of work-life balance, lots of politics involved in the positions, lack of morale within the company. It seemed like everyone was over-worked, stressed and tired

Opportunity of learning new skills and doing your own projects. The company is giving best facilities especially to engineers . Good markets experiences learned.

Cons

You have to build good relationships with customers, they may let to to solve tons of problems. Be able to work with them and be able to explain things well to them.
