Pros
TI is a great company whom promotes high ethics all the way around, and thus is a great place to work. If you work hard and smart, the sky is the limit with TI. It's a people company, so it's important to build good relationships.
Cons
None that I can think of. And if you work hard and are loyal, I'm sure you'll have problems trying to think of any Con for TI.
