Pros

Still some good people there

Cons

Most teams culture is toxic and managers are couple years from college. Some may work but most lack knowledge and experience to lead people and team. Ground engineers are taken credits by those mafia if you're not a tech ladder. Experienced hires are traded poorly and no ownership. Many people at TI especially leaders have no decency at all, and only good at playing politics to steal others credits.

Pros

The most experience and intelligence coworkers. You can learn a lot more than in the college.

Cons

Too frequent management level change! I haven't got a manager for ~4 months when I first came to TI. Also, they are too ambitious about the business, trying to win everything, Regardless of the capability of testing, validation and Digital Verification resources.
