Pros

Great place to work! Top talent and great quality products are designed in TI. Excellent work life balance. Highly recommended

Cons

Superficial management... Biggest problem is that the value for time and effort is not reflective in the pay. But great group of people to work with

Too much politics

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Good benefits, flexible hours, good perks, great training potential for training programs. However, many employees do not treat you with respect if you are in a training program.

Cons

major lack of work-life balance, lots of politics involved in the positions, lack of morale within the company. It seemed like everyone was over-worked, stressed and tired
