Pros

The people at Texas Instruments are easy to get along with and upper management make efforts to reach out to lower-level employees. No one works past 5pm.

Cons

There could be more room for advancement and a lot of the work is boring. It's hard to get passionate about their products and services.

Pros

Good benefits. Focused on capturing market share. Good work life balance

Cons

Culture of the Company is NOT definitely millennial owing to its size and relative age when compared with other newer tech companies. Changes are difficult to come by, but the management is trying hard to make the company nimble and flexible.
