Good work-life balance Able to work from home Able to work flexible hours Profit sharing

Cons

Upper management does not walk the walk. They emphasize ethics and doing the right thing then turn around and lay off the entire Wireless dvision with only two days notice.

Great benefits and relocation packages, good people overall, you will always find someone who can help you. 401k matching and Good culture & values for the employee.

Cons

It's not doing as great as other competitors. Depending where you are working, you don't always get enough time to be trained. Lots of pressure from customers, be ready to work on the weekends
