work life balance is not that good Upper management have no vision longer than a year Slow growth for technical people

Pros

Work is shared well among all team-members. New members are not sidelined. Great work life balance. Work is of good quality in most teams. Good industry standard salary and bonuses.

Cons

In some teams (my team for eg), the project given to the team as a whole did not seem important from the company point of view.
