Pros

Can take ownership early in the career. The pressure is usually less compared to other embedded software companies like Qcom, Nvidia etc

Cons

Pretty average at pay. Stock compensation is BS, will only be vested after 4 years of holding.

Pros

Great company to work with. Peers are really talented and helps you technically. Work life balance depands on your team. Most of the teams work on very good technical problems

Cons

Schedules can be tight at times. Benefits (office lunch , cab servuce) can be made free to employees. Worst RSU program ever.
