Pros

Really good working environment, feeling of belonging in there since the first day, well organized, people is always ready to help you and listen to suggestions. No walls distribution, you can just go talk to someone in the team with total confidence. I would really recommend it, I felt like home since day one. Really good cantine.

Cons

Far away from Munich, no possibility of home-office for interns, fixed schedule (no flex-time for interns).

Good company, limited opportunity for growth

Pros

I feel like the company invests in me and my development—to a certain extent. Good benefits: Vacation time, working from home, trainings, profit sharing

Cons

No opportunity for part time work, unfortunately. Limited growth opportunities due to lack of leadership positions available. Additionally, management is not always the best at communicating.

Pros

International environment. Headquarters in Dallas are very modern. Business phone Iphone (but with only 1G of data).

Cons

no flexibility: 5 days per year to do home office! old grey office, probably wasn't renovated since the day it was built, no flexibility negotiating the salary. very conservative mindset of the management. Promotion is a lot based on the quality of your network.
