Pros

Was a good place to start your career.

Cons

Environment has significantly shifted away from career growth and innovation. There are some good people and engineers left however they are diminishing. Heavy politics and constant shifting without passion of what we do.

Pros

- salary above average for fresh graduates (among the highest if you compare with other companies for fresh grads) - very good bonus - helpful seniors

Cons

- small salary increment per year - a lot of internal politics - very stressful - always work overtime (mostly no OT) - Fast career growth in the beginning, but then you will notice that you will never grow anymore (you will stuck in the same place, unless you involve in internal politics as well)
