      People there are nice and approachable. You can have a hot discussion on problems with your supervisor if your points are reasonable.

      TI is a technology leader and the work environment is professional and fun. There is plenty of opportunity to change jobs and move upward.

      TI seems to try to get by with the fewest people possible to get the work done so the workload is quite high.

      TI,Bangalore software doesn't operate like product R&D company, it runs like any ordinary consulting company Too many hierarchy Smart political guys wants to be a Lead/Boss quickly so that pay/recognition will be more, work will be less Kind of management is mediocre to very ordinary Work life balance is impossible Not a place for good technical people Attrition used to be very high. Now it is probably less; mediocre management ensures that they recruit mediocre Pay is average
