Pros

Benefits are good. Co-workers are intelligent and hard-working. It's great to work with people who are innovative and down to earth. It's a big company that acts like a small one.

Cons

The hours are long. Work / life balance is a challenge. Lots of meetings. Lots of conference calls. Lots of crises.

Pros

Good name recognition of the company, relatively good salaries esp. for Texas. Good benefits. Perks like cafeteria and gym are appreciated.

Cons

Senior management incompetent, layoffs get rid of good as well as bad people. No room for career advancement. Current management not capable.
