Pros

Salary, Work Life Balance, Onsite, Prestiguous. Technology & Thought Leadership. Large Organization means potential to meet soo many interesting, smart people.

Cons

Join no later than October or November, or else you'll likely won't be 'rated' for promotion the next year. You'll run the risk of working the whole year for "FREE", with none of that work counting towards promotion. I you join after that time, try to come in at the next level above.

Pros

Non-salary benefits are great. Pay is commensurate with industry. Pay raises and bonuses really kick in if you are in the top 10% of your group which is decided by your manager.

Cons

Having a network is a absolute must. Without that you would be just one of the 25000 people working for this company.
