Pros

The openness of experienced members in and across departments and groups is phenomenal - anyone is willing to help out a colleague.

Cons

Feedback from upper level management can be hard to spot at times. Restructuring of management is a great improvement to create a better symbiotic relationship.

Pros

Good Salary Lower level management is good Stable

Cons

Very bad work life balance. Management not invested in providing enough resources only bottom line Higher level management micro manages and is out of touch. Higher level management will change technical ranking made by lower management based on "their" favorites whether they are good performers or not.
