Strong IP portfolio, relatively easy to move to different business unit if you are good good benefits, offer a lot of training

Company has tremendous financial resources and massive product portfolio offering. Employee benefits (health, vision, 401k, ESSP) are very competitive with other like companies.

Cons

No work life balance. Not a good place to work if you have a family or want to ever have the opportunity to spend time with them
