Pros

Great A type personalities to work with. You will learn a lot in this high paced environment. If you work in a big location like dallas, the campus is very nice.

Cons

Too much change in organizations, and some business groups are growing while others are drowning. They have no issues with laying off entire teams from business groups that are not preforming well. They only way you can survive at TI is to smell trouble early on and jump from group to group before layoff comes. Its sad, but the simple truth.

Pros

Depending on which business unit you work for, stress level can vary, but overall it's an easy work place. Company value and culture is very solid, people are generally well treated.

Cons

Compensation is not outstanding. As a big old company, it had to go through frequent reorgs to adapt to various challenges. Not every reorg was smart move. Employees may feel frustrated with the inefficiencies and overhead of a large organization.
