Pros

Everyone there is genuinely nice and it's easy to get along with others. Frequent international travel is a nice perk.

Cons

The number of projects increases every year but headcount remains the same and in some cases, decreases. No matter how much work you get done, there is always more that you should have finished. You're pulling all sorts of hours to to speak with India, Asia, and Europe team. Work-life balance is awful and compensation does nothing to reduce the stress. Stocks don't vest until the full 4 years so you're screwed if you're laid off or decided to leave before they vest. There is no excitement in the day to day and it feels like the longer you stay here, the more obsolete your skills will become in the global market. Best to leave as soon as possible.

Pros

Great minds, good for starting carrier professionals.

Cons

You must be part of office politics to be promoted. Great Engineers are let go easily without any consideration.
