Pros

Great place to work. Great culture and environment.

Cons

Small scale plant. Not a lot of room to move up in the company here. Would have to relocate.

Pros

Solid corporation. Systems in place to manage people, products, service. Decent benefits.

Cons

Window dress with the systems in place for employee care. Grass roots of managing employees is connecting and engaging with the employee, and I don't see this at all by mid to upper management. This practice most definitely funnels to line supervisors in the way they manage their lines/people.

Pros

The pay and benefits are very good.

Cons

Minorities are given first opportunities on a lot of promotions regardless of qualifications. Most of the people on the leadership teams have never worked anywhere but TI and are therefore unaware of the technology available that can help employees be more effective in the performance of their jobs. In other words, "this is how we have always done it". The systems TI employs to manage operations is literally 25 yr. old technology, we may as well be using stone tablets.
