Cafe & starbucks on-site are awesome

Cons

During busy seasons, there are a lot of hours of work to be done but that's expected anywhere.

Pros

I love the culture here at TI, people are reasonable, no yelling. Great partnerships with different teams and departments. Work life balance is great and flexible.

Cons

My position doesn't have work from home opportunities. Some of the policies are a little over the top for someone who works in an office environment.
