Pros

Flexible depending on management Strong direct managers for your team Good profit sharing (at least it used to be..) Incentive to move between roles within the company

Cons

Work load can get excessive Trying to learn is a struggle especially out of college as mentorship is not really there TI is struggling right now and has really cut back on profit sharing (-10%) Much of the work could be completed from home but management (upper) really likes the in office feel so standard 9-5 is expected although hybrid would work well.

Pros

Has the potential to pay well. Offers a good bonus payout if goal is met.

Cons

Management is disconnected with the needs of the individual. And does not understand how to align resources with skills and task abilities.
