Pros

Good experience a lot of opportunities. So much flexibility on hours and work related to process, programming, etc. Get to learn a lot of the semiconductor process.

Cons

Too much reliance on myself. Not too much appreciation for how much I train people. Management pretty selfish and don’t appreciate engineers like they should.

Cons

Busy Schedule. Shifting schedule for professionals (regardless of years in service). Slow promotion. Low Salary compared to other companies. Work during Holidays.
