      Pros

      Great place to learn, very exciting time to be a part of the company. Ethical working environment, great benefits, friendly people.

      Cons

      As with any other company in this position, it was stressful to go thru outsourcing process when decided to move their manufacturing facilities out of US.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to move cross-functionally to different areas within the company. Variety of product portfolios to be involved with can help keep things fresh. The benefits are satisfactory.

      Cons

      The company stresses work-life balance, but oftentimes this applies to only 80% of the employees. There are several instances where 20% of the people are doing a majority of the work. Management can be slow to resolve this issue
