Pros

Innovation and creativity make it very enjoyable to work at TI. Lots of room to grow.

Cons

Sometimes people are promoted beyond their capabilities and are expected to grow into the role. Unfortunately, many do not make it and not only disrupt their own careers but the work environment of others.

Pros

Internal training is good, work flexibility

Cons

TI "old timers" not open to other ways / new processes of doing things. Married to same vendors every project. Very difficult to get new vendors approved for work

Pros

Work-Life Balance, leading technology company, very knowledgable people, competitive compensation.

Cons

Limited growth opportunities but that's location dependent. To grow and be at senior management level it's almost a requirement to move to Dallas eventually - the head office.
