Pros

Strong corporate leadership, business model, and ethics culture in the teams I interacted with. Competitive benefits for salaried employees, profit sharing up to 20%.

Cons

Some WWF engineering teams are lean to the point of individual burnout. Few opportunities for meaningful promotion within WWF. Facilities and Manufacturing Engineers are on call and will frequently be asked to work outside of normal hours.
