Pros

At TI, you get to work on a plethora of challenges. No one’s work is restricted to their profile. Opportunities are immense and the best part is that results are valued over fixed timings in the day. Freedom to explore different technologies is what TI offers!

Cons

Very competitive. You have to be on your toes to make something in the company. The learning curve is very steep and you need to have good aptitude for the field you’re working in.
