Pros

-Competitive Salary and good benefits -Good culture -Great facilities (gym,cafeteria, various sports) -Friendly work culture -Flexible timings -Good Technical Exposure -Flexibility to move across domains

Cons

-For freshers scope of work is limited initially but you will have good scope if you are involved in a project from beginning -Currently TI scaled down digital operations in India but still one of the best for analog

Lots of experience from experienced people. Lots of opportunity to move from one aspect of the IC process to another. Some good managers.

Cons

Low pay. Poor computing power. Simulations take a long time. some bad managers.
