Pros

At TI, supervisors and mentors take a lot of effort to ensure that they build the next level of technical leaders and thinkers.TI has one of the best work ethics I have seen in my discussion with my peers like providing flexible work hours and schedules based on someone's personal constraints.

Cons

Information flow is very slow during project management.

Pros

This is a company with great values and that is reflected in everything we do. I have always felt that someone there cares about me. A 40 hour week truly means a 40 hour week. People will come in on weekends if they have to, but that is offset by being able to leave early other times. This is a huge plus for anyone with a family as there is a lot of flexibility with regard to the work life balance and as long as you are performing and meeting expectations no one is sitting there counting your hours.

Cons

Very slow moving. Can be boring at times. Its a big company, and as an "individual contributor" you can sometimes feel like you don't make much of a difference in the grand scheme of things. Rotation program for IT not well defined or explained to participants. Uncertain future
