Pros

Pay, people, experience, exposure, room for growth

Cons

Applications work is very support intensive. Too much time fixing other people's systems and very very little time developing/creating a system of your own.

Pros

Highly competitive, challenging, innovating and ever changing organization. Every quarter brings new challenges. You will never get board :)

Cons

Doesn't fit for people who doesn't like changes. This place is going to move your cheese every quarter.

Pros

(1) There's plenty of opportunity if you know what you are doing - pull the "right ropes" they say. (2) International company so there's plenty of opportunities for travel (3) Very good values they advocate

Cons

Not an IT company so IT pay may not be at par with other IT companies.
