Pros

Starting as a new college Grad at TI is very difficult but after time and with right management expectation role becomes easier WFH and very few meetings outside normal work hours

Cons

Pay increase is manager dependent and there is no consistent stance on when a employee should receive significant increase in salary and job grade (Very manager opinion dependent)

Pros

Interesting work, good pay. Good opportunity for advancement. Reasonable work life balance.

Cons

Different groups act very independently. Some groups are not managed well. Engineers that are struggling in one group should consider switching rather than going to another company. The size of the company sometimes creates bureaucracy that can make it hard to achieve some goals.

Pros

I got extensive experience working with customers and learning about microcontrollers

Cons

I did not feel like I was advancing my experience to a degree where I could transfer my skills to another job. Although the pay was good, I didn't feel like I was actually accomplishing much
