Ti is best place if you want challenging technical work in analog layouts. Learning curve remains steep for long time. Engineers get to do variety of stuff.

Cons

No WFH is enforced from top down Recent mass layoffs were from top down and removed key teams and people. It was so bad that they actually re-hired some teams.
