Pros

Very good place to learn and understand the flow of chip designing, packaging, testing. Fairly good design tools available. Fairly good work-life balance and good recognition from midlevel managers. Friendly coworkers.

Cons

I did not find too many cons. Reorganizations due to merging business units disturbs the calm and comfort, but this is likely to happen at other places as well. Abysmal cafeterias. Leadership is fair.

Pros

Flexible timings, less work load, good work life balance

Cons

Politics, Overall TI is very good but in India they only have a back-end testing/design center and the work there is not as good as abroad or other companies in India
