Pros
If you want responsibility, a fast learning curve and have resilience this is perfect for you. They teach you a lot. You get a lot of projects where you can prove yourself, but you also must be willing to. Great team, gained a lot of friends and overall good time if you want to perform.
Cons
Can't think of a lot tbh. Maybe the fast pace of the company, but if you are a young person you can see it as a learning period no matter the outcome. You need to learn how to define your boundaries clearly and be direct if you feel helpless or overwhelmed. Not really a Con tbh, but something that could give you a hard time if you don't have it or don't want to learn it.
