Pros

Pay is better than some or most companies for retail side work. There is always something interesting going on with the company and it is very exciting to be a part of something big.

Cons

I've had problems with the administrative side of things. Unfortunately, it feels that the company expanded huge last year and is pretty stagnant at this point. Struggling to see a future here when you can make far more money working for pretty much any other car company.
