Pros

Benefits are great even when you do not live in California. Stock granted plus ESPP is nice. Employees are passionate.

Cons

Very underpaid when when you have a degree. Pay is non-negotiable, basically here is your offer letter, sign if you want the job if you don't sign then you won't get it. Everyone works long hours with no thanks. Working your butt off doesn't help you with being promoted.
