      Great name and great mission statement

      Cons

      Moving too fast for its own good. Lots of internal unrest and unhappy employees trying to meet unrealistic production numbers. ZERO work life balance on operations side.

      Pros

      The culture amongst the employees is fantastic. People exude passion in most areas of the business. Everyone is approachable and makes an effort to work together. It's easy to take responsibility for a task and get buy in from the wider team.

      Cons

      Most have not been at Tesla Very long. Compensation does not seem competitive. Expectation is that you are always on call. Employee time is considered dispensable and often long working hours is expected.
