Pros
The company does stand for the idea of making the world more cleaner with such pristine and beautiful cars. Everyone in any department is very friendly and all hard working individuals. It comes with a lot of benefits like health, 401k, and even a discount lease of the company car. The pay is pretty high as well for hourly workers.
Cons
Only con is the start time and how long the hours are. Each shift is 10 hours (with a chance of overtime). Each department varies on start time(some start at 5:00 a.m, others 6:00). There is the option for nightshifts but once you lock your availability and time you can start, there is no going back so choose wisely.
