Pros
Tesla is a very young and rapidly growing company with a lot to learn from people who have done this for a long time. there is lots of room for people that can help out with the right attitude. There is a great vibe in Tesla and most want to see it do amazing things. but there is a lot of teaching to be done in many departments.
Cons
there is lots of people trying to make a name for themselves and most do not know what thew hell they are doing. Tesla needs to learn front he right people and not always from the loud mouths who try to be seen and heard when they should not even be considered. again there is much to be learned. A lot of areas are blindly getting by.
