- High image (outside the company) - Multicultural work environment

Cons

- Zero regard from adminstation toward staff members (everyone is replaceable) - Chaotic work procedures (the one with highest voice has the highest priority) - Lack of trustworthy communication among different adminstration levels (everyone wants to save their own backs) - Significant lost of information due to rapid changes in staff and team members. - The biggest part of the new employees are fresh graduates (very little experience) with no one capable or have the time to properly onboard them.
